May brought the end of the school year. Caitlin
rallies the troops for a play that they are about to present to the parents
of the class. |

Caitlin receives the award for best math student from Mrs.
Grace. Mrs. Grace turned out to be a very demanding teacher. She
took no excuses and pushed the students hard. I'm sure Caitlin is
better off for it.
Devin received two awards, one for most liked boy in the class and one
for most fluent. The average fluency for the class was 60 words per
minute. Devin came in at 105 words per minute! |

Since we misplaced Ginger's muzzle, Angela uses the nearest
thing, the phone cord. Angela continued redesign of Caitlin's room in
pink and zebra patterns. On the computer she was creating some zebra
pattern picture frame mattes. |
 |
Devin uses the wagon to cart out the trash bags to the
street. On the way back he likes to turn it around, get a running
start, and then surf on the handle. |
 |
Nick and Amber's new puppy lounges under the watchful eye
of Ginger. Nick works for us at Speedsoft. |
 |
With the start of summer, the kids turn into fishes, taking
every opportunity to swim. |

|
After taking the Spring Tour of Homes, we grabbed the idea
of making our front flower beds raised and then sloping down to the grass.
Devin and Greg load up the wheelbarrow with dirt that we had delivered.
Devin hones his shoveling abilities.
Angela helps direct Caitlin with a heavy load. |

In a battle to the death, Snailorama and Snakeskin face
off. These two dwellers were plucked from our garden area. |
 |
We had to cut down a giant post oak which had died who
knows how long ago. It measured about 3 feet across. I'm sure it
could tell some tales. But now we have firewood for the next three
winters! |

The sky never ceases to amaze me. Maybe it's just me
or maybe I never looked up when I was younger. |
