Devin says, "Hey Mom and Dad, I know you just told me to go
to bed, but I have a project that's due tomorrow." Luckily it wasn't too
big. We had to decorate a tree on paper as a family so of course Angela
pulled out a bag full of multi-colored feathers. It turned out quite
fluffy. |

Our church class had a Christmas Progressive Dinner that
ended up over at our place. It was a good test for the new house! |

Dad had his old friend and employer Foyt Barrett build us
this neato street sign that at once announces our address and promotes the
business. The "Speedsoft Ln" is aligned with our driveway. Now
people are always asking, "what did you have to do to get the city to put
that in?" |

For Christmas over at Mom and Dad's, all of us kids bought Mom and Dad this
windmill. They have been wanting one like this for years now. We
hid it out back until they opened their gift which was a cool poem that
basically told them to go out back for their present. Then Mom made
Adam and Ron carry it all over the backyard until she found a spot she
liked. |

The kids' main gift this year was a trampoline. After
assembly (a day long job) we moved it from the driveway to a hidden spot on
the other side of the house until Christmas day. I thought they would
get bored with it quickly, but they have spent hour upon hour out there in
cold weather even. They don't just jump on it, but because of the
netted walls, they use it as a kind of club house. |

I need curb-feelers around this time of year.
(Alright, I can't believe I made a "wheelchair as car reference" joke.
But people seem to find them really funny. I can't tell you how many
times I've heard "boy, you ought to put a 350 in that thing" or "hey now,
there's a speed limit in here!" ugh...) |

Have a Merry Christmas! |
