Devin acts like a mannequin in a store window at the mall
to the amusement of passersby. |
 |
Our church had an outdoor remembrance service for 9/11 and
honored the policemen and firemen of our city. |
 |
Caitlin and Bailey Cross get a little shuteye after a hard
evening of playing Barbies. |
 |
Caitlin is getting so good at drawing. She draws
everywhere, on paper, sidewalks, dry-erase boards, people. |

 |
Caitlin's fall school carnival was held. Here Devin
goes bowling for tickets. All of the booths allowed the kids to win
tickets which they could exchange for prizes in the cafeteria.
Devin gets some air in the jump-house. |

 |
Devin tries his hand at fishing through little holes.
I snuck around that back of the board and saw that it was all a sham!
They weren't really catching anything, but this lady was just putting little
slips of paper on their hooks. I was crushed. |
 |
Mm, mm...snow cones, with the sweetest, gooiest syrup ever. |
 |
Devin wanted to get a little practice in for his undercover
work that he might have to do in the Middle East. |
 |
Devin and I have been working on his throwing, catching,
routes, and running techniques. He's very athletically talented for
his age, but I may be biased. |
 |
Mom got stuck up a tree, so Devin tries to help her down by
poking her with a long stick. In the background between those two trees on
the left, you can see our spread on the lawn at the park. We brought the
usual picnic stuff like blanket, snacks, and such, but I also brought a
small TV and my portable air pump/battery to watch the Cowboy game. |
